Alicante

ELZABURU operates a branch office in Alicante to attend to
Community trademark and registered Community design matters directly at
the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

ELZABURU opened its Alicante office in 1995, shortly before start-up of the Community trademark system on 2 January 1996. Since that time it has been dealing with especially complicated Community trademark and registered Community design matters, taking advantage of its proximity to the OHIM and its staff.

At the same time, it advises on Spanish trademark matters generally and handles IP matters in all areas, either directly from Alicante or in cooperation with the other offices operated by our Firm.
