Pursuant to this ministerial order, parties to the procedure for the safeguard of IP rights from infringement by information society service providers are obliged to communicate with Section II of the IP Commission by electronic means. This obligation affects not only the holders of rights but also the natural and legal persons responsible for information society services and the providers of mediation services.
